With a background in helicopter aeromedical operations, search and rescue, and military service, Jack has worked in high-pressure emergency environments where calm decision-making and effective first aid are critical.

Passionate about first aid training, Jack continues to work in emergency services and has seen firsthand the difference that good first aid can make in people’s lives. His approach focuses on breaking down essential lifesaving skills into simple, realistic training that people can understand with confidence and use effectively in real-world situations.
